When January and chilly weather come around, I am almost instantly craving some really good, over-the-top, gourmet style hot chocolate. And the 10th Annual Vancouver Hot Chocolate Festival is almost here. Perfect timing for the dreary days of winter.
This Saturday, January 16th marks the start of the festival. There are over 30 + great shops participating this year and I am sure you will want to see what it’s all about.
If you live on the North Shore, I recommend stopping in at “Bjorn Bar Bakery” in Edgemont Village. Just a mere 3.2 km .. or roughly a 7 min. drive from Central Apartments in North Vancouver. They’ll be starting their Choc. Fest. Saturday January 16th, 2021.
If you are like me and you like to be creative in the kitchen, then here are a few suggestions for making some yummy hot chocolate at home.
